Internal Medicine Physician

Join our team as an Internal Medicine Physician to become part of the IM Residency Program faculty leadership team in the South Suburbs of Chicago, just 30 miles south of the city. This role of Assistant Program Director will provide oversight for residents at the Outpatient Clinic.

Job Description

• Provide oversight for residents at the Outpatient Clinic
• Work in conjunction with the Program Director and other faculty
• Supervise up to 4 residents per clinic session in the provision of patient care
• Participate in program administrative oversight, including resident coaching and support activities
• Engage in faculty development and outpatient clinic teaching and supervision
• Option to participate in a part-time faculty outpatient practice

Requirements

• Must be board-certified and experienced in Internal Medicine
• Experience in teaching medical students, residents, or fellows is ideal
• Will consider an H1 visa
