Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a Family Medicine physician for an urgent care need in the Upland, CA area. Just 40 miles east of Los Angeles, this position offers the opportunity to work in a busy urgent care center.

Job Description

• Start working 10-14 shifts a month in this private urgent care center
• Shifts are currently 9 AM to 7 PM, but may revert to 12-hour shifts at some point
• The center is open 7 days a week with 2 other physicians and 4 medical assistants
• The center has 4 exam rooms
• This will start as a contracted 1099 position but may consider employed status down the line
• Hoping to make it full-time and possibly buy into and take over the practice
• Offer quick, convenient, same-day treatment for minor injuries and illnesses

Requirements

• Candidate should be California licensed
• Can start within 2 months or so
