Our Nurse Practitioners are trained to provide the highest level of clinical support and treatment in collaboration with physicians and medical directors.

Job Description

• Our practitioners are vital members of the facility's medical staff and are considered primary care leaders, collaborating with nurse managers, administration, and physicians to achieve optimal outcomes and treat in place.
• If you have APRN experience in skilled nursing, hospital emergency department, SICU/ICU, long-term rehab, or like experience diagnosing, treating, and prescribing, this role could be a perfect fit.
• We are currently looking for an ANP, ARNP, NP, APRN who is comfortable acting as a primary house practitioner in a busy skilled nursing facility in and around your area.
