Role Requirements:

• APRN experience in skilled nursing, hospital emergency department, SICU/ICU, long term rehab or similar experience in diagnosing, treating, and prescribing
• Comfortable acting as a primary house practitioner in a busy skilled nursing facility

Our practitioners are vital members of the facility's medical staff and are considered primary care leaders, collaborating with nurse managers, administration, and physicians to achieve optimal outcomes and treat in place.
