Job Description:

• Provide clinical support and treatment in collaboration with physicians and medical directors
• Act as a primary house practitioner in busy skilled nursing facilities
• Engage with nurse managers, administration, and physicians to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements:

• APRN experience in skilled nursing, hospital emergency department, SICU/ICU, long-term rehab, or similar experience diagnosing, treating, and prescribing
