Requirements

• Must hold (or be eligible to obtain) a Physical Therapist license in the state of Illinois.
• One year experience as a licensed Physical Therapist preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.
• Prior Work Comp experience, strongly preferred.

Pay Range

USD $80,000.00 - USD $92,000.00 /Yr.
