Job Description

• Physical Therapist Clinic Manager opportunity in an exceptional outpatient clinic where quality patient care is the top priority.
• Responsible for leading the development and supervision of the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Support and manage staff through hiring, onboarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities.
• Build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed.
• Manage daily operations of the clinic including staff scheduling, front office, maintenance of equipment and property, patient records, and compliance logs.
• Understand clinic performance to support success of clinic goals.
• Work with practice owner to develop and implement plans as necessary to improve overall clinic success ensuring proper coaching to align individual team performance to goals.
• Foster professional relationships to support clinic growth including but not limited to new patient, physician referrals, and workers compensation.
• Provide comprehensive care to achieve successful patient outcomes.
• Complete proper documentation in an accurate and timely manner.

Requirements

• Valid Physical Therapy License in Indiana or eligibility to obtain one (Required).
• A fervent commitment to patient-centered care.
