Responsibilities:
- Support and manage staff through hiring, on-boarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities.
- Build and maintain employee morale and motivation; ensure the team is appropriately staffed.
- Manage daily operations of the clinic including staff scheduling, front office, maintenance of equipment and property, patient records, and compliance logs.
- Understand clinic performance to support success of clinic goals.
- Foster professional relationships to support clinic growth including but not limited to new patient, physician referrals, and workers compensation.
- Provide comprehensive care to achieve successful patient outcomes.
- Complete proper documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Valid Physical Therapy License in Indiana or eligibility to obtain one (Required).
- A fervent commitment to patient-centered care.

Compensation:
- Pay Range: USD $80,000.00 - USD $100,000.00 /Yr.
