Responsibilities:
- Support and manage staff through hiring, onboarding, and development opportunities
- Build and maintain employee morale and motivation
- Manage daily operations of the clinic including staff scheduling and compliance
- Foster professional relationships to support clinic growth
- Provide comprehensive care to achieve successful patient outcomes
- Complete proper documentation in an accurate and timely manner
