Join our team as a Family Medicine Physician, where you will be part of a group of experienced Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners. This outpatient practice focuses on preventive and episodic medicine, providing a supportive environment for both patients and providers.

Job Description

• DO candidates are preferred, but MDs will also be considered.
• Provider will be seeing all ages.
• 15 exam rooms; 3 per doctor.
• Medical and administrative support includes 1 part-time physician working 3 days a week, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 2 full-time physicians, and Medical Assistants assigned to them.
• Outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) with a concentration on preventive and episodic medicine.
• Equitable call schedule (1:4 weekday/weekend).
• Average of 18 patients per day.
• ACO clinical wraparound support services.
• In-network specialist referrals.
• Point of care lab on site.
• EPIC EMR.
• Not accepting locum candidates.
• Not accepting visa candidates.
• Not accepting new graduates.

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary range of $265,000-$280,000 based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Providers may submit salary expectations during the presentation.
• Generous time away from work with additional dedicated CEU time - 27 days per year.
