Join our team as a Hospitalist in a permanent, full-time position. This role offers a structured schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off, providing an excellent work-life balance.

Job Description

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to hospitalized patients.
• Manage and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals.
• Conduct daily rounds, assess patient conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the CPSI EMR system.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees as needed.

Requirements

• Experienced hospitalist able to start soon.
• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Valid medical license to practice in Florida.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with CPSI EMR system preferred but will train.
