Join our team in Portsmouth, Virginia, for a Value Based Care opportunity. We are open to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics physicians who are looking to work in an outpatient office setting. The focus is on developing relationships and continuity of care, with the group handling all marketing, coding, billing, and overhead.

Job Description

• Work in an outpatient office setting with a focus on developing relationships and continuity of care
• You will have a medical assistant, patient care coordinator, and registered nurses to support you
• Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Outpatient only - no admits or inpatient rounding
• See an average of 14-16 patients a day in the office

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
