Make an impact on seeing the underserved population. Seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician. This position involves outpatient responsibilities only and is a full-time permanent role.

Job Description

• Monday to Friday schedule
• No nights, no weekends
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus
• 12-15 patients per day
• Value-based care model with competitive bonuses structured to reward outcomes
• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
• Location: Gastonia, NC - 23 miles west of Charlotte, NC
