Job Description

• Full-time, permanent outpatient position
• Monday to Friday schedule; no nights, weekends, or call
• 12 to 15 patients per day with longer visits for quality care
• Small patient panel focused on continuity
• Dedicated Medical Assistant and Medical Scribe
