Value Based Care Physician

Join our dynamic team in Portsmouth, Virginia, for a Value Based Care opportunity. This position is open to Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics physicians and focuses on developing relationships and continuity of care in an outpatient office setting.

Job Description

• Work in an outpatient office setting with a focus on developing relationships and continuity of care
• The group handles all marketing, coding, billing, and overhead
• You will have a medical assistant, patient care coordinator, and registered nurses
• Office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Outpatient only - no admits or inpatient rounding
• You will see an average of 14-16 patients a day in the office

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
