Make an impact on seeing the underserved population. We are seeking a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician who is bi-lingual in English and Spanish. This is an outpatient-only, full-time permanent position with responsibilities from Monday to Friday, with no nights or weekends.

You will manage small patient panels for consistency and focus, seeing 12-15 patients per day. Our value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes. You will provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest.

Elgin, IL, located 35 miles NW of Chicago along the Fox River. Known for its rich history, particularly its connection to the Elgin National Watch Company, and for its vibrant arts and cultural scene, including the Elgin Symphony Orchestra and the Hemmens Cultural Center.
