Join our team as a physician in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Assisted Living Facilities (ALF), and/or Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC). This position offers a rewarding opportunity with a focus on patient care and autonomy.

Job Description

• Practice in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and/or Long-Term Acute Care settings
• RVU-based compensation; potential earnings well into the $300s depending on the number of patients seen (12 patients is the minimum)
• Possibility of an additional Medical Director stipend of $15k+ per year
• Typically cover one facility per day
• Utilize AI for instant, intuitive charting
• Enjoy lots of autonomy with a Monday to Friday schedule, allowing you to leave once patients are seen and responsibilities are finished, typically well before 5:00 PM
• No call required
