Job Description

• Geriatric care for seniors in New Orleans, Louisiana
• Must have leadership experience, including direct physician reports (not mid-levels)
• Process improvement experience
• Smaller patient panels

• Staff of talented primary and specialty care physicians
• Outpatient only setting with 1:10 or better phone call
