    Infectious Disease Physician

This community hospital is a 150-bed, Level III Trauma Center, located close to Detroit and Toledo, and serves an eight-county area with more than 3,000 associates.

    Job Description

    • 100% infectious disease practice
    • Blend of inpatient (70%) and outpatient (30%)
    • Schedule: One week of hospital service (hospital call, consults, and return patients); one week with three clinic days (8 AM - 5 PM) and two days off
    • Diverse spectrum of interesting and complex patients
    • Office located on the hospital campus
    • Patients have the option to receive intravenous antibiotics at home, outpatient infusion center, or nursing home
    • Staff provide travel consultations, immunizations, and immigration physicals
    • Full complement of medical and surgical specialties and interventional radiology
    • 24-hour in-house hospitalist services
    • Weekly onsite CME, and CME/grand rounds available through Mayo Clinic Care Network
    • Option to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees
    • Student support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend)

    Requirements

    • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Infectious Disease
    • Ability to hold an Ohio State License

    Benefits

    • Base salary: $330,000.00
    • wRVU productivity bonus (no cap) at $60/wRVU, 5,500 MPP
    • Signing bonus (one-time): $55,000.00
