**Family Medicine / Internal Medicine Physician**

Join our physician-owned and physician-led group specializing in primary care for all ages. With 12 locations around the greater Dayton, Ohio area, we provide access to excellent amenities, schools, and healthcare systems. Our group consists of 45 total physicians in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics, and we have been in business for over 25 years. We are a tight-knit, family-oriented group looking for physicians who can contribute to our common goal.

**Job Description**

- Full-time position in a 100% outpatient clinic setting
- Manage 20 patients per day with NP/PA assistance for patient volume
- Emphasize quality over volume in patient care
- Primary role is adult medicine; pediatricians are employed for child care
- Attend and participate in meetings and organizational initiatives
- Shared call between multiple providers

**Requirements**

- Board certified or board eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Ability to obtain an Ohio medical license

**Job Description**

- 8 Internal Medicine/Family Medicine physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers
- Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a flexible schedule, 4.5 days in clinic
- 100% outpatient practice
- Average patient volume of 14-22 patients per day
