Join our physician-owned and physician-led group specializing in primary care for all ages. With 12 locations around the greater Dayton, Ohio area, we provide access to excellent amenities, schools, and healthcare systems. Our group consists of 45 total physicians, including family medicine, internal medicine, and pediatrics, with 15 other pediatricians on staff. With over 25 years in business, we are a tight-knit, family-oriented group looking for physicians who can contribute to our common goal.

Job Description

• Full-time position as a Pediatrician
• Location: Dayton, OH
• Outpatient pediatrics including evaluations, sick visits, developmental check-ups, etc.
• Four-day work week
• No hospital visits
• Manage 20-25 patients per day with NP/PA assistance for patient volume
• Collaborate with 2-3 other pediatricians on site
• Emphasis on quality over volume
• Attend and participate in meetings and organization initiatives
• Shared call between multiple providers; phone only with nurse line taking first call (3-4 weeks average per year)

Requirements

• Board certified or board eligible in pediatrics
• Ability to hold an Ohio medical license
