Job Description

• Location: Findlay, OH (40 minutes from Toledo)
• Option for 50% telehealth
• Join 4 psychiatrists and 3 advanced practitioners
• Work alongside one psychologist, 7 counselors, full support staff, and leadership support
• Flexibility to choose outpatient age preference, focus, remote work, and preferred hours
• Primarily outpatient (95%) with inpatient call (5%)
• 1:6 inpatient phone call during weekdays, 1:6 inpatient rounding on weekends
• 9-bed inpatient unit for ages 18 and older

Requirements

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Psychiatry
• Ability to hold an Ohio State License
