Job Description

• Location: Montgomery, Alabama
• Outpatient adult psychiatry with the ability to see all ages being ideal
• Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with an option for a 4-day work week (Monday to Thursday)
• Manage a patient load of 8-10 patients per day
• Work alongside a team of 2 tele psychiatrists and 2 LMFTs
• Participate in a new program and new unit

Requirements

• J1 Visa or H1B Visa sponsorship available

Benefits

• Salary: $253K - $320K (based on experience, negotiable)
• Sign-on bonus if applicable
• CME: $2,500 annual allowance
• Retention: Earn up to a 3% increase after the first year until max out of salary scale, with a lump sum bonus after maxing out
