Inpatient Psychiatrist

Organization in Willingboro, NJ seeks a full-time inpatient Psychiatrist. This position involves seeing adult patients with backgrounds of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in an 18-bed short-term care facility.

Job Description

• See adult patients with backgrounds of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder in an 18-bed short-term care facility
• Average length of stay on the unit is 5 days
• Max of 1-2 intakes per day
• Work schedule is 8 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday
• Must cover the unit 1 weekend per month from 8 AM to 5 PM, compensated at $1,000 per day
• Additional staff includes 1 MD and 2 APNs

Requirements

• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Psychiatry
