RN Supervisor

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Job Description:

• Provide clinical leadership and day-to-day supervision of clinical staff, including ancillary staff members
• Ensure compliance with JCAHO, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements in the clinical setting
• Manage staffing schedules for all clinical staff
• Adhere to National Patient Safety Goals as appropriate based on the level of patient contact

Responsibilities:

• Supervise department staff, including hiring, training, evaluating performance and competence, and conducting disciplinary/counseling sessions as needed
• Collaborate with Clinic Administrator in the development of the 10-year plan and annual budget
• Assume responsibility for the Clinic Administrator in their absence
• Ensure compliance with all appropriate regulatory, accreditation, and professional standards for nursing (JCAHO, OSHA, HIPAA, etc.)
• Responsible for patient safety and risk management for the clinic; identify high-risk situations and initiate the problem-solving process

Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state in good standing
• BLS Certification
• 2 years of experience as an RN
• Must be able to communicate in English effectively (Verbal/Written)
