Family Medicine Physician

Make an impact on seeing the underserved population. We are seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only, full-time permanent position located in Little Rock, AR.

Job Description

• Outpatient responsibilities only
• Monday to Friday schedule
• No nights, no weekends
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus
• 12-15 patients per day
• Value-based care model with competitive bonuses structured to reward outcomes
• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
