Join our team as a Physician with an interest in value-based care. This position offers the opportunity to administer superior patient care per value-based healthcare guidelines and engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to elevate standards of patient care.

Job Description

• Geriatric / Medicare Advantage experience is a major plus
• Strategize and execute care plans that center on patient outcomes
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration to elevate standards of patient care
• Manage small patient panels around 400, allowing you to give each patient the attention they deserve
• See 12-15 patients per day
• Work schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
• Providers in the group rotate inpatient rounding every 5-7 weeks
• Utilize eClinical Works EMR

Requirements

• Experience in value-based care
• Geriatric / Medicare Advantage experience preferred
