Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician. This position offers outpatient responsibilities only in a full-time permanent role. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with no nights and no weekends.

Job Description

• Small patient panels for consistency and focus
• Manage 12-15 patients per day
• Value-based care model with competitive bonuses structured to reward outcomes
• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
