Family Medicine Physician

Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to make an impact on seeing the underserved population in Germantown, located less than 10 miles north of Philadelphia. This is a full-time permanent outpatient-only position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, with no nights and no weekends.

Job Description

• Small patient panels for consistency and focus (2-15 patients per day)
• Value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes
• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest

Requirements

• Board-Certified in Family Medicine
