Seeking a Board-Certified Geriatric Medicine Physician for an outpatient-only, full-time permanent position in Birmingham, AL. This role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing for a balanced work-life environment.

Job Description

• Outpatient responsibilities only
• Small patient panels for consistency and focus
• Manage 12-15 patients per day
• Value-based care model with competitive bonuses structured to reward outcomes

• Provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest
