Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician

Seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to make an impact on seeing the underserved population. This position requires fluency in Spanish and involves outpatient responsibilities only. It is a full-time permanent position within a value-based care model, operating Monday through Friday with no nights or weekends. The role includes small patient panels for consistency and focus, managing 12-15 patients per day. You will provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest.
