Make an impact on seeing the underserved population. Seeking a board-certified physician for outpatient responsibilities only. This is a full-time permanent position with a schedule of Monday to Friday, with no nights and no weekends.

You will manage small patient panels for consistency and focus, seeing 12-15 patients per day. The value-based care model and competitive bonuses are structured to reward outcomes. You will provide personalized primary care for older adults on Medicare, with the goal of keeping patients healthy and living life to the fullest.
