Location: Bakersfield, CA

Job Description:

• Join a large primary care group hiring skilled nursing facility physicians
• Work Monday to Friday, 8-5 (weekends are only covered by on-call)
• Only see group’s patients; hospitalists do all the inpatient work

Compensation:

• Salary and excellent benefits package
• Physician Resident: $265K
• Experienced: Up to $350K depending on experience
• $25K sign-on and potential quality and other incentive bonuses each year depending on performance
