Physician - Adult/Geriatric Medicine
2025 graduates are welcome to apply for a position in an adult/geriatric medicine group hiring in Frankfort, Kentucky, just 40 minutes northwest of Lexington. This role focuses on developing relationships and continuity of care in an outpatient office setting. The group handles all marketing, coding, billing, and overhead, allowing you to concentrate on patient care. You will be provided with a medical assistant, patient care coordinator, and registered nurses.
The office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with outpatient responsibilities only—no admissions or inpatient rounding. You will see an average of 16 patients a day in the office.
Job Description
- Work in an outpatient office setting focused on adult and geriatric medicine
- Develop relationships and continuity of care with patients
- Enjoy a supportive team with an MA, patient care coordinator, and RNs
- Maintain office hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- See an average of 16 patients per day
Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive salary in the $240,000 range plus 20% annual bonuses
