Job Description

• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient management
• Ability to take on inpatient shifts if desired
• Supervise APPs for additional income if desired
• Typical weekday office hours with 36 clinical hours and 4 admin hours (can be done at home)
• General patient guidelines once established: 15 minutes for acute visits, 30 minutes for follow-ups, and 45 minutes for Medicare Wellness visits
• Very light shared phone call, triaged by nurses
• Two-year income guarantee with RVU-based productivity model starting after year two (or sooner if it benefits the provider)
