Glaucoma Surgeon

Location: Tucson, Arizona

Job Description:

• Net production compensation structure based on collections
• Steady every 2-week draw with overage paid the following month (performance-based)
• Exclusively glaucoma surgeries, very little if any cataract work
• Combination of invasive and less invasive procedures
• Join scribes and a full-time surgical staff
• Work 8-hour shifts Monday to Friday
• Very light call schedule

Requirements:

• Board Certified Ophthalmologist
• Fellowship Trained Glaucoma Surgeon
• Comfortable with a high-volume practice
• 2+ years of experience
• Comfortable with advanced and new techniques
