Job Description

• Full-time or part-time schedule available
• $100,000 - $120,000 signing bonus for select applicants
• Relocation assistance available
• Outpatient primary care with opportunity for hospital rounding based on interest
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills required
• EMR: Epic
• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients ages 0-18, including well-child visits, urgent care, and follow-ups
• Supervise and mentor mid-level pediatric practitioners
• Participate in quality improvement and care coordination activities
• Cover a small number of Saturday shifts and limited after-hours call with additional compensation

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics (or Pediatric NP with 3+ years of experience)
• Active California medical license and DEA registration
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in community or underserved settings preferred
• Ability to see 18-22 patients per day (full-time)
