Job Description

• Base salary is $220,000 in year 1; $225,000 in year 2, $230,000 in year 3, and $240,000 in year 4
• Generous individual productivity bonus based on the total number of patients seen
• $20,000 relocation assistance
• NHSC site qualifies for loan repayment of $100,000
• Join a group with 3 physicians and 6 mid-level providers
• Satellite office located outside Rome, GA, about an hour and 45 minutes from Atlanta and 45 minutes from Chattanooga
• Monday to Friday regular office hours with one half day (9 am - 1 pm) Saturday per month
• Outpatient only with a 1:9 phone call rotation
• Board-certified/board-eligible candidates are welcome
• We offer a minimum of a 4-year contract
