Job Title

Join our dynamic team in a privately owned, not-for-profit hospital as a full-time permanent inpatient psychiatrist. This position is located in a 30-bed locked facility that only takes voluntary admissions.

Job Description

• Full-time permanent inpatient position
• 30 bed facility, locked facility, only take voluntary admissions
• 7 on-7 off schedule with 8-hour shifts on site, on call 24 hours for the entire 7 days
• Adult and geriatric population, with a 20 bed adult side and a 10 bed geriatric side
• ECT available, mostly medication management
• Full hospital back-up

Requirements

• M.D. or D.O.
• BC/BE Psychiatry
• New grads welcome to apply
• Can sponsor J-1 and H-1B visas
• Active IL medical license or ability to obtain
