Urology Physician

Join a successful group hiring Urology Physicians in Montgomery, Alabama. This full-time position offers a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM. The clinic is conveniently located next to the hospital, allowing for both inpatient and outpatient settings. You will join four other Urologists and manage a volume of 20-25 patients per day, which includes a mix of cases.

Job Description

• Surgeries scheduled as needed with block time available after 6 months
• Surgical robotics available
• Each physician has a nurse or medical assistant working alongside them
• Full ancillary staff support
• Call schedule: 1 in 5 for hospital/ER call
• EMR: Altera Paragon and Athena - integrated system
• Hospital employed position
• Accepting new graduates and H1/J1 visa candidates

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible Urology physician
• Active Alabama medical license or ability to attain one

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary with a 3-year guarantee
• Quarterly bonuses (RVU bonus structure)
