Join our team as an Emergency Medicine Physician at a Level 3 Trauma Facility and Primary Stroke Center. This position offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on high-quality patient care.

Job Description

• Coverage needed as soon as credentialed - ongoing
• Up to 120 hours per month available
• Nocturnist and day shifts needed
• 45K annual volume
• 2.2 patients per hour
• 36 hours of physician and APP coverage per day
• 22 rooms
• Primary PCI
• 24 hours of intensivist and hospitalist coverage
• Dedicated Women's Center with dedicated L&D ED

Requirements

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing to transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in-state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Certified in American Board of Emergency Medicine
• Active TX License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "local" and will not be eligible for this role
