Job Description

• Monday - Friday: 8 am - 8 pm, Saturday: 8 am - 7 pm, Sunday: 8 am - 7 pm
• Cover multiple locations
• PRN and full-time hours available

Clinical Details

• EMR: Practice Velocity
• Must be able to treat pediatric patients aged 3 months and up
• Clinics are busy and fast-paced

Requirements

• Local candidates only, no travel expenses
• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing to transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in-state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Must be comfortable working with children 3 months old and up, no exceptions
• Candidates need to have 3-6 years of experience in either urgent care or emergency medicine or a fast-paced family practice
• Must be board certified in one of the following:
  • Family Medicine
  • Med/Peds
  • Emergency Medicine
• Must be comfortable with, and experienced in treating children as young as 3 months old
• No travel including mileage or lodging
