Job Description

• Our client is looking for a full-time Primary Care Physician to work in one of their outpatient primary care offices.
• $199,000-$310,000+ salary depending on experience
• Relocation available
• Sign-on bonus
• Health insurance - employer pays 100% of the premium

• PTO (Paid Time Off) 3 weeks in your first year
• Paid holidays - 8 days
• 3 floating holidays
• CME (Continuing Medical Education) - $3,000 with 1 week off

Requirements

• Board certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• New grads accepted
• Active Arizona license
• No reprimands or deficiencies

Responsibilities

• Monday to Friday (8 am to 5 pm)
• 18-22 patients per day
• Call by phone only
• No weekends
• Full support staff
