OB/GYN Physician

We are seeking an OB/GYN Physician for an immediate opening. Our client is a private, non-profit organization that provides healthcare services to insured, uninsured, under-insured, and underserved children and adults within Central Florida. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) organization that began its operations in 1972.

Job Description

• Provide OB/GYN patient care, including labor and delivery and surgical services, in one hospital and one of three outpatient healthcare centers, with the knowledge and skill expected in the professional medical community.
• Participate in the on-call rotation system to provide delivery services.
• Manage outpatient care with 20+ patients per day.
• Approximately 7 labor and delivery in-hospital call days per month.
• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, office gynecology including LEEP and colposcopy, family planning, and well women's examinations.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved Medical or Osteopathic School.
• Completion of a residency program in Obstetrics/Gynecology.
• Current Florida License.
• Current DEA Certificate.
• Board Eligible or Board Certified.
• Must be able to obtain hospital privileges.
• Member of National Practitioner Data Bank Query.

Benefits

• $200,000 - $225,000 salary depending on experience.
