Our client is a community health center that has been providing care to patients of all ages in San Antonio since 1972. Today this organization operates over 20 clinics and continues to grow.

Job Description

• Provide direct patient care: Deliver comprehensive dental evaluations, treatment, and patient education while maintaining accurate documentation and standards of care.
• Meet productivity and quality standards: Achieve established productivity benchmarks, participate in peer review and chart audits, and maintain high patient satisfaction scores.
• Support clinical operations and team collaboration: Follow policies and infection control standards, coordinate with dental team members for scheduling and workflow, and contribute to organizational and community health initiatives.
• Monday-Friday (8-5)
• 8-10 patients a day

Requirements

• Current Texas RDH License
• 1 year experience preferred
• BLS

• $85,000 - $93,000 depending on experience
