Job Description

• Work one-on-one with patients - 1:1 ratio
• Provide nursing care in the home with critical, complex clients
• Support from respiratory therapists on staff 24/7 to train and support nurses
• Flexible schedules for life/work balance - full-time, part-time, PRN, flex

Requirements

• Current LPN license
• CPR certification (no online classes accepted)
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
