Job Description

• Assist individuals with simple to complex medical, neurological, and orthopedic conditions to achieve their maximum level of independence.
• Commit to 4 shifts or greater and receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus (Receive $500 after 90 days, $1,000 at 6 months, $1,500 at 9 months, and $2,000 at 12 months).
• Join as a casual employee for a $2,500 sign-on bonus (Receive $250 after 90 days, $500 at 6 months, $750 at 9 months, and $1,000 at 12 months).
• Must be able to work the following availability: day shift, evening shift, night shift, rotating weekends, weekend availability, holidays (total of 8 per year, paid 2-1/2 times base hourly rate), and overtime.

Requirements

• Must have a current NA/R registration in the State of MN.
• Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds; moving, lifting, or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Experience working in geriatrics or with the elderly is preferred but not required.
