Registered Nurse

Job Description

• Provide monitoring and consult to ancillary nursing staff in accordance with the policies set forth by the Inter-Faith Care Center.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, department heads, nursing assistants, and other personnel.
• Attend in-services/seminars to keep skills and knowledge current.
• Make sound decisions and work under pressure.

Requirements

• RN license in the State of Minnesota.
• General concern for and interest in working with the elderly.
• Ability to work with and cooperate with all personnel.
• Good nursing assessment skills.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift fifty (50) pounds; moving, lifting, or transferring of patients may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Fine motor skills.
• Visual acuity.
