Urgent Care Locum Opportunity

Location: Newport News, VA (Yorktown, Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, and Gloucester)

Job Description:

Schedule: 12-hour shifts
Multiple locations
Patient Volume: 30-40 per day
Patient Population: 40% adult, 30% geriatric, 30% pediatric
Support Staff: Physicians, APP, RN, MA, X-Ray Tech, receptionists
Will assist in supervising APPs

Requirements:

Board certification required
Looking for Emergency Med, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine residency

Additional Information:

Providers are expected to rotate between all 5 locations; all locations within 30 minutes of one another (Yorktown, Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, and Gloucester)
Schedule: 9a-9p. Open 7 days per week
Structure: 1 MD and 1 APP on every day 9a-9p
Average Census: 60-70 total
