Program Manager

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Job Description

• Serve in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs, and providing education and training for client caregivers.
• Drive 30 to 60 miles a day and supervise client sessions anytime between 8 AM and 6 PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

Requirements

• Completed Master's degree in a relevant field
• In progress with BCBA preferred
• Strong ABA and clinical skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication, time management skills, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback with a team player attitude
• Bilingual skills valued

• Compensation: $26 - $32 per hour, full time, based upon experience
